Basic Informations
Informations here are just snippets of TOS. Before placing order please take time to read full Terms of Service.
- Commissions are completed on a first come, first served basis.
- I will start the work process once the payment has been made.
- Small revisions kept within the same visual direction are included with all projects but encouraged to be kept concise. Large or extensive revisions may incur additional fees. This is to be assessed by the designer in each case.
- I will not use artworks, unless the artist grants permission or if it is an art commissioned beforehand.
- The client must provide references/pictures. Include as many details and references as possible when you are placing your order.
- Work is delivered in high-res .png format.
- The client is eligible for a full refund if chosen to cancel before the delivery of a first draft/design preview.
- The client must credit the designer by username (SiMonk0), name (Szymon Furjan), Twitter handle (@szymonfurjan) or website url (furjandesign.com) in the relevant places when the designs are shared or displayed publicly.
By placing an order you automatically accept TOS.
Copyright & Usage
- I have rights to upload all artwork to my portfolio/gallery/social media etc.
- Logo commercial use rights (merch etc., not needed for streaming) – +200 USD of the logo price
- Logo in .svg format – +70 USD
Payment
- Payments through PayPal or Stripe.
- Full payment should be made upfront. Invoice totals over 140$ can be paid 50% upfront and remaining 50% before the delivery of final files.
Loyalty Program
- Returning clients are welcomed back, even when the commissions are closed.
- Returning clients, after two separate orders, get 15% off every new order.
- Clients reffered by my previous customers get a 20% off their first order.
- After 5 referrals, you will get a 20 USD coupon to spend on my services.
